So this week's class that I've missed...
There was a small presentation which my group mates Jarrod who presented the whole thing and the power point slides which was created by my group mate Vernice. Which in this slides it asks us about feedback to communicated to create a well-rounded learning exposure to participants.
The summarize of the slides
- Listening actively, taking the time to analyze and then find the best possible solution to perform better.
- To improve their focus and results
- The recipient has understood the message in the same terms as intended by the sender.
- Feedback is one of the most effective methods in passive knowledge.
- Participants who receive feedback must be in calm state to accept feedback to improve their abilities for future competition.
- Feedback from the commentators must give criticism and opinions properly to not damage the competitors self-esteem.
- Conclusions, judges who have knowledge on the matter is good to share their advices or feedback to participants and participants are allow to comment on others work to create connection or to learn something new for future works/projects/competition.
