T & T Week 5 - 50 SIGNS

Alright so on week 5 we were taught about Semiotics Design, Sign & Symbol Using Symbols in GD .

So there are 3 kinds of sign. Icon, index and symbol.

For icon - it is more to seeing the thing and understanding the message immediately without thinking.

For index - It shows more to evidence to notify the reader what is it. Example in a toilet symbol. The color tells the difference. If I were to not understand the sign of the toilet, I might tell by the color of the sign. Blue means for men, whilst pink means for girl.

For symbol - Its more to immediately know its brand or etc. Example, for car brands there are different logo looking symbol. So by that you can identify its own personal brand.

So, we were given a task about finding 50 logos related to your topic. For mine is more about divorce? And majority of it is very similar looking. And its a very general logo, index and symbol.
