Ikigai

Ikigai is a concept about things you live for in a Venn diagram consist of "What you love", "What the world needs", "What you are paid for" and "What are you good at".

Video duration : 46:14 minutes

After watching this video, I've learnt what is Ikigai and how to apply it in real life scenario. While it didn't occur at first about "What the world needs" due to the general mindset from majority of the workers are just doing their work and going home as a daily basis, saving money for children's fees and such. But after hearing his explanation about can you do more? which shows about what does the world needs in the end of the day.
